Was a pre-COVID marketplace find. $1200; no motor.
Bought a used 2-smoke outboard—prob spent more money getting that thing tuned up.
Got me on the cicadas when they came to Philpott. Almost ran outta gas w Dougfish. Recently helped bag a musky. Paid for itself right there.

Generally trends in physcian reimbursement has gone down annually despite nearly everything else costing more.
Google some charts of Phsycian salaries vs administrators.
Mind you they are the ONLY ones in a hospital system actually generating income.
Google lifetime earnings compared to other professions.
Generally speaking, it is a very eat what you kill profession, the harder you work the more you can make limited by our most valuable assest: time.
Fortuanately open to all if you want to put the work in; and it is alot of work; plenty of easier ways to make 6 figures out there.

The're printing up another $200 billion to shore up mortgage bonds, so I think it's safe to say we'll be seeing more of this. The ones that sold at $100/ft² are gonna be looking savvy
