nice work, good to see they are coming in...i wonder if they are in the james yet (anybody know?). also, how do you prepare the roe?

I heard they were very spotty in the James last weekend.  Eagerly anticipating their arrival on the Rapp.

Dust with flour, saute in bacon grease. Garnish with bacon and shallots.
