Are they the same or do you have to purchase one of each..had a friend tell me you could fish TN license or NC license in these states, any facts?

You can fish the Great Smoky Mountains National park with either license, but there is no reciprocal agreement on other waters.

Why would TN forgo the $83 that they collect from out-of-state anglers.... NC's fee for out of state??? $40

My son: My dad has two fish on his car and they're both trout!
