That was many many moons ago.  That's the largest species of snapper in the GOM.  Cubera's in the 60+ lbs range are not unusual.  That one tipped the scales at 125 lbs without the guts.  The record is ( or was at that time) just over 90 lbs.  This one didn't qualify for a record since we caught it on a long line.  With the internals it should have easily weighed 140+ lbs.  300 lbs Warsaw's (the one hanging up) are pretty common.
