So Friday night my family and I headed up the mountian for a 2 mile midnight hike to see the meteor shower.  We ended up freezing our asses off in the snow and frost and I might have seen one meteor out of the corner of my eye but that was it.  We then hiked back down the mountain and headed over to my aunt's house where we would spend the weekend.  She has around 15 trout streams only 5 minutes from her house.  Dad and I were surely in heaven.

Saturday we started off on some really big water to try our hand at some big browns we had encountered in the past.  All that was willing to play was a small rainbow so we hopped in the car and made a run up the road to a new stretch of water neither of us had fished.  This stretch of water was very kind to us giving up many bows and browns.

Sunday we got a late start and had an erly time to get back and head home.  So Dad and I opted on some really skinny water.  We didnt get into many fish but the ones we did were good ones especially for the size of the trickle.
