No salt water reports for quite some time. Got me to thinking' that I haven't used a fly rod in the salt since my main traveling partner left for the "big waters" 😇 about six years ago. Then, Christmas Day I lost another old friend that I'd chased Albies and speckled trout with a number of times.
My son never cared for the fly fishing game, so we use other methods that some might refer to as "the dark side". To me it's all good, and sometimes a live pinfish is just what they're looking for.

Got down to the Low Country back before Christmas. Wind was howling ENE and conditions sucked ass. Did that keep ya girl off the board? Fuck no.
