most big retailers try to clear stock at the end of the year. Gander Mountain just had a big sale on lines and Cabelers was dumping their in house brand which I think is SA.

I'll pass on SA though, devout Rio and Wulff user.

Streamer Express fucking kills though.  Just sayin'.
The only sinking  and intermediate line i will use. Nuff said

I have TT on my switch rod. I haven't tried it on my meat rods. I feel the that the fine taper wouldn't turn over heavy flies, and you have to have 40' of line out to properly load the rod.

Just checked the SA website.  It appears Streamer Express is history.  No year end closeout, or redesign.  At first glance, I cannot locate newly named facsimile.

Same. I liked it for the first few months, but it seems to have turned to shit quick. Cleaning hasn't helped.

Anybody fished the SA Titan taper?

Yeah i have the titan taper in textured 10wt. It turns big flies over nicely but i feel it doesn't get a good distance as some others.  But i have only used it twice so not a lot of experience with it.
