Beautiful day on the river. 70+ degrees and the rain held off 'till 5pm. Went downriver 'till we got away from the other boats. Fish on pretty much constantly except during beer breaks.  0--0 All hickory with the exception of one White. Pretty good percentage of roe vs bucks.
If you go, make sure your equipment (pfd's, fire ext, fishing license, etc.) is in order. NCWRC on patrol as usual down there. :police:

Good show Bob - My friend was there yesterday above Weldon with same results. My guess is that this next few days would be the time to go.
