I haven't had a bit of trouble with SEFFF, I'm just using comcast from home,
I guess I've been one of the luck one's.
the link's good if you've been able to get on SEFFF at all.
If you're still having log in problems over there your not alone.

I am working on a deal right now with a friend as a straight up trade for his BIIX
If for some reason that should fall through and your still interested. I'll post pictures up in the event that it's still up for sale.

$625 New

I doubt very seriously if you'd find a used SLT for less than $400 if you do it was a custom build. They do carry a lifetime waranty through Sage. You simply send it back.

Josh

If you paid $625 brand new, you paid too much. Conversely you might be hard pressed to find a used one that sold for $400.

Here is one for 230, granted it's a 9' 5 wt, but that would probably be more to my liking  on the tail waters anyway.

Lets see what this one sells for

Graphite rods are like used cars, once they have been used they are worth substantially less. As my mentor FatAl says, just saying.....................

Hey you would come out pretty good for this switch, I mean this is why you're selling it isn't it?

Mr. MH,

You think that ebay deal is for real?  The blanks for the BIIx sell for 290.00.

Just wonderin'.  Think that might be a blem of some sort or do you really think it is a BIIx.

Just a curious cuss....dats all.

Ralph,
It's a custom build, and you are right, it may and may not be built on a Winston blank ??? I wouldn't buy it unless I could hold it in my hot little hand. I'd buy that one you just built for that ///?

Duke let me know when you get serious about selling it. I might give you 300 and pay the shipping ;)

So if you sell this rod you'll have retirement for 80 years. 0--0  Or 40 years and you can be as twice as rich.  Wait, if you bought the rod for $625, that means you are 125 years old if you took 50% of your salary to buy the rod. ;D
