rod reconditioning

Does anyone know were one could have a rod reconditioned. I have a South Bend bamboo rod I need some work on, not sure how old it is it was given to me by a friend.  I hope someone on this forum can help me it is a good looking rod.

There are several guys who can recondition bamboo rods on Clark's board. You can probably get some references too.
