I continue to suck. Had a beautiful day on a fine spring-fed stream with tons of wild bows. Yes, I caught so many fish I lost track -- maybe 50+. Every one a pune tiddler, and managed to blow every strike by the big fish except one or two. Jesse T Cowboy Farmer, of course, caught everything in sight including bigguns and the biggest brown that stream has recently produced (there aren't supposed to be many browns in it). Oh well, I'm getting too old to pull the trigger fast enough, maybe. A fine day anyway!

I wondered what happened to Cowboy. Someone told me he has quit his job and was raising worms?

Jesse lives near me. He bought a place in the country and raises worms, blackberries, raspberries, and shit. He also guides pretty much full time. We fish together sometimes when he has a guide's day off. Yes, he is a trout vacuum cleaner and is "in the zone" fishing-wise.

He's still guiding and farming worms... he's on FB and he post the saga of worm wrangling, battling shrews and other varmints...
