Well considering its a $450 reel, $150 sounds too cheap (or a hell of a deal). Yall think $250 firm is OK?

This guy, http://www.tradenstuff.com/GearList.htm, has it for $400 and it appears he has quite an expansive collection. I check his site from time to time.....and at his rate yours certainly appears a deal...

You sure can and thats what they sell for on ebay.  They dont lose there value at all.  I have been watching them closely, along with the San Miguels.
