I mean really... can we?

sorry, seasonal affective disorder is already kicking in.

I thought Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) affects only the ladies.

Read this, then put it down for a week, and read it again. It will cure some of your hopeless and sluggish ills.

I will discuss the 45 ammo with you. Always looking to increase the stockpile. Just scored some 10mm tonight.

Looking at a P30S as a possible EDC this year.

Bet that Stoeger is heavy.

I need to shoot and fish.

Soon.

I've got a 12g but it's sorta of a short barrel

I like a short barrel 12 Ga.  #4 buck shot in it at the house, #4 bird shot in it at the store.

Gonna try the Shad Sunday evenin' on the Ogeechee...

Yep, picked up 2 boxes of that, a box of UMC 180 gr. and a box of Buffalo Bore 200gr hard cast.

Might shoot some pigs with this sometime soon-ish

C'mon, spill the beans.

Ends up costing more time and $$ than a bote, for me.

A friend of my oldest son has a house along Rabon Creek.  All along the creek wild pigs make forays into people yards from the river bottoms.

We have plans to shoot a few of them.

I could probably take the smaller ones with my .22 with a solid head shot, but if mama pig gets upset there will be a 12 gauge with slugs and my 10mm handy.

I have no desire to kill any pig over 50 lbs because I hate cleaning them.

A small one could be gutted and thrown on the smoker with ease.

I have a new round I want to shoot out of the PSS on a soft target.

Are y'all certain you want to venture to Laurens County, SC just to shoot pigs?

I mean, it ain't like we got no good warmwater rivers around to fish.

We could make it happen, mind you.  You would be about an hour from the Lower Saluda (New Zealand!) and some tailwater fishing (not like the SOHO, though).

I caught a fish Saturday. I  didn't feel the need to do a trip report about one fish and three shitty beers

well, you could add a picture of your lunch and some planty-type things.

Grumble, nag, complain some more, then whine!!   You and Steel are like a couple of women.  Your two's menses cycle must be synchronized.   How the hell did you guys do that?

There are drugs and other things you can do for the discomfort.  Have someone massage your abdomen; apply a heating pad to your back or pelvic region. Make sure you get regular exercise, and take a warm bath.  Yoga and other relaxing stuff will sometimes work.  Anti-inflammatory medication might be your only option.  Good luck.

I have failed for a 3rd time in 2015.

Sure I could post all the stockers I caught on Saturday after the clinic or I could post the red breast sunfish I hammered on Friday. But I am 0 for 3 on bluelines in 2015.

Quit fishing like Mudwall and you will catch plenty of troots.  Nymphing and dries are for pansies :P  Fuck east slope blue lines.  Bluelines are best left for queers.  The compound word blueline is queer.

Phallus, dig this:
In '09 I had to hitch hike to Sparta to call the ex-wife to come get me after a rental caught on fire just outside SMSP (cellphone got taken out and no tickey boxes in Roaring Gap). The nice folk who provided said ride said there are some nuggets in Allegheny. Nuggets to me are turds that exceed 4" in length, like the ones in Elkhorn Creek. Does this have something to do with the size of the trouts in those HS creeks? I thought straight piping was illegals in our hallowed state. Please say I am mistaken. I, however, was reckoning they got big because they snacked out on the retardo stoggers placed by NCWRC. Leroy be hanging out in a back eddy waiting for Timmy Fucktard Trout to be spewed via 8" stockwad truck pipe into his dining room.

I thought:

Thought they were stockers.  Actually there were six of them.  It was just 10 days after opening day. That was 5 years ago.

There is something to be said for kinesthetic learning.

I have a 2.5 acre field for tents, an acre or so of wooded area for hammocks, one helluv brush pile (cause fire IS a necessity), a 3/4 acre pond for casting practice (bluegill and small bass - C&R only, mind you), nearly 50 acres surrounding me that is mostly wooded (friendly neighbors), a wife and daughter who need to be out of town for this shindig, one boy who needs to be off work and participate, one who desperately wants to own my 10mm for a late 18th b-day gift and should be present, and a few other logistical issues to work out, but I am thinking this could become a reality.

I also have a shooting range from 0-almost 100 yds for those who need to sight in pig-shooting irons. . .

Timing is my issue with family stuff going down (uncle, weddings, other BS issues).

Still pondering.

Well I have no drinks in me and I can say I find it funny how the people who contribute the least as far as content goes whine the most about content and tree pictures in a tr.    Aaron, Doug, and Hiner are all good people who can fish circles around you two any day.  I know I haven't met either of you, and sure your personalities are probably less annoying in person, but the tough guy act on the interwebs really needs to be toned down a bit.

No, none of what I said was meant as humor, but then none of what you said makes sense. No one is complaining about gutted rabbits or what ever it is that your trying to generate controversy over this time.

I don't give a shit if you fuck right off or not. It's just not interesting when every thread is shitted up with the persecution mantra.

"  Just curious, but how do you know who can fish circles around any body else?  rb, when did hogs move into Laurens?  Most of them around here hang around cypress swamps which are somewhat lacking in your neck of the woods.  Better shoot them while you can or they will take over.

Hi 5x.  Your appearances here are becoming more rare than the appearance of an Appalachian Mountain Lion. And it is just a knowledge that comes from fishing with and seeing the fish these guys catch compared to the fish and knowledge of fishing these guys share.
