If it is  the one at Natural Bridge/Jellystone campground July 13-17, it is sponsored by my nephew. He has sites for about 30 persons reserved. I'm planning on being there the entire time. Usually a good time had by all. Most of the people that attend are members of the flyfishing@listserve. Check this  link to the website for the details. http://www.uky.edu/~agrdanny/flyfish/conclave.htm.

Wooly Bugger, what is the smallie show?

oh, this is really getting confusing now.....

the PFF folks get together during the summer usually on the New in NC the first w/e of Aug. and have a 3 day family event, cooking dinners and breakfasts with lots of floating for smallies or blue linning for trout. This year's will be held at Zaloos' Canoes... all info will be posted on SEFFF....
