We are surrounded by things named for Indian cultures.  Rivers, towns, roads, cars, trucks, guns, etc.     

Catawba, Yadkin, Pamunkey, Monacan, Hatteras, Manteo, Mattaponi, Chowan, Arapahoe, Commanche, Cherokee, Pasqotank, etc. etc.

I get the Redskins name issue.    But let's not start cancelling out all the meaningful references.
