Can always do a nymph but have been working on some new foam stone dries. May tie up some like the above pattern.
I'll throw a pattern in! Gonna be on the road too much here over the next couple of months to host...

Same pattern, but it will most likely only be 10 this time... Unless the guys want to do another auction? At the end of the swap, you'll get 9 other flies tied by various memebers, plus one of your own.

sent mine the other day as well....
lost my last stimulators yesterday, one which was over 10 years old just unwound, I'm gonna miss that fly :-[ two more I were left in fish as my peppery hookset broke them off and the last one the wing was so chewed up that I had to retire they fly. :o

Well guys I hate to do this but my hands are tied. 2 weeks ago, after being out of the military for 2 years, I recieved orders for an involuntary mobilization to Iraq. I've been busy trying to get everything in order to leave and have to admit that the swap never crossed my mind. I wish I had remembered to tell you all earlier, but there is no way i'm gonna be able to sit at the tying desk any time soon. Sorry fellas, maybe I can tie some while I'm in the sandbox to make up for it!

I feel your pain! And I am sure the worst part is going with a bunch of D-bags you don't know. I opted to serve my two years of inactive reserve in the event something like this happened. I would rather stay with my unit, then be farmed out to some other line unit.

thats a chunky brown there. the second pic didnt show for me.
i caught lots of fish on his stimi, i just posted that one b/c it looks funny to see such a small trout caught with a fly thats half as big as he is.
