In a brief visit to the hatchery, I was impressed with the size of some of their trout.  One can hope that they will be released in a stream that you fish in the fall.  The hatchery is an impressive facility.

This was a great story.  I'd give it an E+.

If I got a dollar for each hatchery fish I have caught, I'd be in debt. Thanks but, no thanks (-s

Though technically not a hatchery, I've heard it's a beautiful facility that grows out a bunch of nice fish. Doubtful you'll catch any unless you fish the northern counties.

Va stockers are so revolting, they near make me puke at the sight of them.  Those that chase them appear to be nothing more than a bunch of tailpipe sniffin losers collecting disability.

Most inhabitants below the parallel 36°30′ north Va stockers are so revolting, they near make me puke at the sight of them.  Those that ally with them chase them appear to be nothing more than a bunch of unenlightened whankers, ignorant of all that are fish, oblivious to all natural sciences, and they are all easily hoodwinked by the right tailpipe sniffin losers collecting disability

Unlike Snags and his quest for under sized gap and over sized barbs, I am not feeling mean.  Sprinkling here on The Front and I need to weedeat, so there's time to poke the true southern clan.  Mooching Wifi from hillbilly neighbor is strong this morn.

Peace from Virginia!  And take care.

One inhabitant born at 34°0′S 18°33′E was right all along. We shan't have nice things. b';

36 thumbs up vs 7000+? Mudders, my friend, you're borderlinig on wankery. Where's that old flame of yours to verify the spelling of this wonderful yet poetically justified definition of someone who is a complete tosser (not thosser) or as you would say in American, a moron (or is it mhoron)  :embarassed:
If you so feel the need to Americanize MY lingo, then Keith needs to change the spelling as you scoll over this emoticon:  :;! , coz it should read whank. Much like ghey p;-
Funny, in England, people pronounce the letter "H" (aitch) haitch. Struth... 8)

I used to chase the shit out of the stocking truck. Let'em do what they want, but let's not expand the water which are hatchery supported.

I used to love tossing worms for em. I'd rather more kids be worm dunkers than glued to their iPhones.

I do think VA has one of the worst stocking programs in the country tho. Ugly ass tiny fish

How can you chase the stocking truck when your mum and dad put you up in an Ivy League school so you could play golf?
Bollocks, all of it. I see you wearing your tit-liest visor, brah...

Therein lies the hitch.  Selective awareness, choosy concern, I say.  Side with the 7000+ thumbs ups, the majority in this case, when you are in the minority in most other earthly decorations.  You are a white foreigner, use too big of a reel, carry too many gadgets, lean right, draw nothing but skanky birds (that's what they say), and drink more than your fair share ---- all of which points conclusively towards you being part of many minorities.   So naturally it makes picture-perfect sense for you to march with the 36, you whanker!!!

Mudwall, signing off, not border lining on wankery, but deeply embedded in whankery.

If'n ya don't like it, go tell them about it.

I did. It really doesn't matter much because I will never make to the Smith and will most definitely never ever fish another general hatchery stream in Va.
