Recent relocate to WNC; few streams nearby

Tiny stream but a few nice pockets

Lots of LITTLE wild guys; but they hit with gusto

About the same size stream; a bit more human influence [nutrients, silt, and Icehouse empties]...

...and a mess of small browns

Hooked up w/one and only saw two other here; really scenic though

Ventured a bit further out only to get skunked here

and here

Tangled in the trees....again

Pastor explains icons to my son: you know like the fish symbol on the back of cars.
My son: My dad has two fish on his car and they're both trout!

The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane.

Small stream fishing is awesome.  I have never had much luck on the bottom stream either.  A few wild rainbows and that's it.  It looks awesome though!

Yeah! I like this. ;D Wonder when the leaves will be done falling. My beloved local tiny creeks are somewhat of a nightmare to fish especially with low water and tons of leaves. Hopefully the brooks will show their faces further down the valley so I don't have to hike the durn 10 miles in and 10 miles out to see their pretty faces... 0--0
