Pastor explains icons to my son: you know like the fish symbol on the back of cars.
My son: My dad has two fish on his car and they're both trout!

The early bird may get the worm,

I was a climbing and mountaineeriing guide for 6 years.  Soloing or climbing without a rope has been around since the begining and is neccessary at times in the big mountains.  It became super popular in the 80's and made a comeback in the early 2000's.  I have done it before and can attest to its meritts and it stupidity.  Speed climbing took off around 99 or 2000 and has grown in popularity since then.  This however is FREAKING SUPER HUMAN AMAZING.  That is a mixed route (ice and rock) he is climbing - read as unstable and technical as hell.  Flubbing off the charts. :o
"I read The Bible once. You know God and Jesus and all them apostles? They were all fishermen, just like me. Yeah, straight to heaven for Mick Dundee. Yep, me and God... We'd be mates."
