Through a maze of forest service and private property signs, most of which were in conflict, and many of which were obvious deceptions...a buddy and I found the creek again.

Some very welcoming signage to start out with.  Even a sign for a fishing cabin (with hot tub) and a note on who to contact to get permission to park.

FYI  dont bother trying to rent the fishing "cabin" (more like a shack that is a scene straight out of a horror film and no hot tub that I could see or find) or gain permission to park.

Salt, butter and lemon do wonders for an overpopulated Brownie school.

'c; 'c; 'c;  Very true, although I prefer plain old cornmeal and grease.
