I'd agree with Muddy on this'n.

Big Mouth Billy Bass' performance is top notch. It's a very convincing performance.

I almost put Billy Bass on the poll  d:b

I bought Billy for my dad years ago.  He loved the damned thing, hung it in his den, and played it regularly.  Billy is a winner!

IMO second place would go to the Talking Heads with that young dancer I saw performing to it at Southern Exposure.  If I remember correctly, her entire set was the Talking Heads (Psycho Killer, Burning Down the House, etc.).  She was a bit weird, but she had beautiful feet!

I get melancholy this time of year when I mention my late father.  His birthday is 26 Dec.  I cry a lot; he always gave more than he received this time of year.

The Mrs brought this commercial to my attention just this morning, adding to my sadness.  This is my late dad, if he was black --- shape of head, hat, glasses, ears, nose, the whole nine yards.

Happy holidays.

I'm a huge Delbert McClinton fan, but sadly this wasn't some of his best work.

To be honest, I think my first exposure to this song was through the Talking Heads and I just can't get past it as being the way it should be - right, wrong, or indifferent.
I was born by the river in a little tent, And just like the river I've been running ever since, It's been a long, long time coming, But I know change is gonna come.
