i didn't check the price... lol btw I found them for $499  <-;:  and I think they are only 4.3 pounds... <-;:

and I think they are full of shit, with all those exposed threads on the upper and the stitched on the sole, those boots would be trashed inside of six months....

I've never owned a pair, I have heard people said the old Danner wading boots were the best boots they ever had. That was 20 years ago though.

I'm being halfway facetious.  I've got a pair of Danner's I really like.  They are turning more into a trendy lifestyle brand though lately.  Teaming up with Patagonia is a prime example.
