Anybody have any reviews, thoughts, comments, etc. on this item (aside from the fact that the name makes it sound gay as shit)?

I have the confluence which has been really good. The only complaint I have is that the tippet dispenser isn't very practical you can only fit 4 or so different tippet spools and I always have trouble trying to get it to 'dispense'.
