Didn't get any pics after cooking it, didn't last long. I put is straight on the grill, no seasoning or marinade, shits so good it doesn't need anything IMO.
I grew up in Alaska and my best friend from childhood is still there. He does a lot of hunting and fishing and is the head of FedEx in Alaska. He sends us down a box of salmon or moose from time to time. The last one had moose, halibut and clams.

Stogger brookies taste like shit when ya cook 'em.  I'd rather eat a good ribeye. The only fish I'll eat is a fresh salmon fillet, maybe once a year.  I just like to catch fish, not eat 'em. I used to eat a few brookies on camping trips, but don't any more. Too much work and too many bones.
