First and foremost how do I go about not making this sound like an ill-fated first attempt at a match.com dating profile or an intro at an AA meeting?

That aside, I'm new to trout fishing, live in Asheville, live to fish after work on weekdays, don't keep my fish, tie most of my flies now, like and drink what I consider good beer, and just like to keep my feet wet as much as possible.

Glad it is finally spring-time.   Looking forward to some new blue lines to try out and killing time with some more of those voracious eating pellet heads I cut my teeth on last summer.
