I had a busy day lined up and with the daylight savings brain drain it was going to be a long one. By 8:45 though everyone had stood me up, so I said fuck it and went down to the park in the neighborhood where I'm working. Definitely nothing special, but catching a few bluegills on some bullshit wet flies i made up is really why i love fly fishing. It's just as pure and simple as anything else on earth....and i always end up giggling like I did when i caught my first one. Sacrificed my flies to the branch Gods after an hour or so and called it a day.

Lots of this.....

It's all shit, piss and bliss.
