TROUT AND SMALLIE FISHERMEN

If you interested in news of the delayed harvest program, want to learn the latest on our wild trout waters close to us or are interested in learning about a proposed trophy section for smallmouth bass in our area, come to Mooresville next Tuesday night.

The next meeting of the Carolina Fly Fishing Club is pleased to present Chris Wood, Fish Biologist for District 8, Marion Depot as our guest speaker.
Mr. Wood is sure to bring and share a wealth of knowledge about the fisheries in our area.
This is a meeting you may not want to miss. You need not be a Carolina Fly Fishing Club member to join us, though it won't hurt! We also plan on a special raffle for various items and a grand prize or two.
Please join us at 7:00 next Tuesday, March 8 at the Gander Mountain Lodge Room in Mooresville.
We really hope to see you there.

Hey Walt, heard any news on the Catawba? I heard a rumor yesterday that things are going to get much better on it.

Peddler you might want to ask Squeak or some of the TU guys about the Cat, others tend to construe the facts.  -0-

Jack, updated this link yesterday concerning the Catawba..... http://www.brfff.com/forum/index.php/topic,3896.0.html

We hear snippets about the catawba all the time..... if half are genuine, it should be real nice. Ask Chris at your meeting, he's in the know.

take care, good fishing, and see ya on the ribber,

Walt
