Anyone had a chance to cast one of these yet? I'm starting to look around for a new 7wt bass & occasional light saltwater rig come spring and am trying to narrow a list down of possible rod choices and came across TFO's newest offering. Wondering how this thing stacks up to the other rods round the 200-300 pricepoint? Thanks

Quite a few folks cast the BVKs at the Asheville show...and really like the lightweight, crisp action and easy casting....lots of positive comments.  And some even like it better than the new Winston BIIIx...

Thanks Richard

Yea from reading reviews everything sounds positive on the casting front plus it's a full half ounce lighter than my current discount rod. Planning on having two spools with a floater a sinker so want something versatile enough to do both.
