Thanks for your patience. I am somewhat challenged when it comes to computers so heres the right post. If an Admin can delete the previous one, I'd appreciate it!
So I got the promotion at work to senior butt licker and decided to treat myself righteously. A trip to the Promis land. I was off to the local Enterprise to pick up the rental for the weekend. A spiffy Toyota Yaris (what a complete piece of shit) Good on gas tho. cost me $55 for the whole trip (a good 700 miles)So I arrived at the creek at around noon and bumped into a fellow wild trout junkie. We exchanged contacts and then the beat down commenced.

The following day started out bad, my cellphone had lost signal and the piece of shit "roams" and tears thru battery. Alarm never went off so I arrived late. Finally picked up Foulhook outside DRO and proceeded down 64 to brookie country. The trail was ok to begin with but once we had to negotiate a 70ft tall waterfall path dead vert, I felt like Mike Tyson had just fucked me up. Once up there, we hiked thru the rhodo choked creek and I was bitching like a sailors wife...
But then the creek opened up and I saw three little bastards sitting off to the tail of this big pool.Coz I am the river dancing specialist, I managed to spook all three of 'em much to Foulhooks disgust. So I said fuck it. I crept up towards the bank and double hauled the perfect presentation towards the riffle area and I couldn't see my dry for shit.

But then, luck favored me and I noticed my leader took a huge hit and I lifted the rod and after a magnificent struggle on the 2wt, this fat bastard was landed...

Foulhook is a very noble flyfisherman and took the opportunity to show me how it's done and within a few casts he brang it...

We however agreed never to return to this crick because of the BS walk out and the nutcase path alongside a dead drop 70 foot waterfall. I guess this creek gets poached alot, but for the sheer size, there sure aint numbers.
We then hit a prime location and the fishing can only be described as silly. Between the two of us we connected on 20 and lost around 60. Still hungover and shit so that explains that...
Then yesterday was my fun trip to the Cathey's creek KO. lost my wifes camera, bust my knee, tore up my waders so I ligitimately have an excuse to lick my wounds for 3 weeks. Couln't get any better. The weekend was fantastic and I won't want it changed. These pix are some outtakes from the trip...

Very nice job!  Lots of familiar looking waters.  If one of those pools is where I think it is you earned it with the hike in.  I am finally going to get to go after them this weekend.
