Gathwright Dam on the Jackson

I heard that they are doing sort of work on the dam -- no idea what or why -- and are dumping water to lower the level. Despite all the rain the lake is about 20 feet down.

Anybody know what is going on and for how long this is going to last. We are suppose to camp at hidden Valley New year's weekend and were planning on fishing the tailwater one day.

inflow this AM was over 700, sounded like they got a bunch of rain... dunno when they will bring the flow back to normal...

been trying to get up there since Oct....
