Forgot about this until the day after, but close to the last hour of fishing as I was wading across the stream I spotted a 'card' shaped object on the stream bed. At first I though I was a license or a knot instruction card. I kicked it up into my net and discovered that it was a fly box. It was half filled with sand, and I tucked it away in a vest pocket.

When I remembered about it, I rinsed them off and dried them... ;hb

Pastor explains icons to my son: you know like the fish symbol on the back of cars.
My son: My dad has two fish on his car and they're both trout!

Looks like an old Perine Sp? box I had one and lost mine too. Not mine though. I seen mine one time after I lost it. A guy was showing me "his" flies that just happen to be in "my" box! I didn't even say anything. He looked like he could use them and was having a good time. He btw never mentioned he found the box on the very stream we were fishing that day. It was lost there maybe a month earlier.
