Fishing Spree - vacation

I must return to work tomorrow but wanted to leave a post. I did do the official fishing trip on the Smith River, two different spots. caught one....friend caught four. Then a trip to Hilton Head to catch up with my Family. My youngest son and I went deep sea fishing on Tuesday for our  first time....45 min. off shore. I did catch a baby shark (I have pictures) and I guess I was lucky to be one of five or six out of sixty to catch anything. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday I fished the lagoons in Sun City, Caught a Catfish and Blue Gill on Thursday and only a Blue Gill on Friday and nothing on Saturday. I kept an eye on and out for alligators....have pictures of a couple of them also. The turtles seemed more aggressive than the fish or alligators. Is their any info. or sayings about turtles causing fish to bite or not to bite ?
