Went to one of my favorite C&R streams to do some camping and fishing. The fish were active, but quite picky about what they'd eat. For me the first day's ticket was size 20 lead fly and a 24-28 dropper, with about a ton of lead. I use a lead type nymphing technique. It really seems to drive them crazy
   I saw a couple of mini olive hatches, but no risers. I tied on a 20 pheasant tail, and did well during the hatches. I'd like to have had more time on the water today, but it was time to pack out by noon. So I was only able to get into a few fish this morning. I hope you enjoy the pics
