Funny, but just so folks don't start a big conspiracy theory around this I saw something about this on Discovery channel.  I recall it was used in wind speeds of about 2-3 times what it was rated for.  Anything will self destruct when used well beyond it's rated range. Please don't use this as an excuse to run Boone Pickens under the bus.   :-\  http://www.pickensplan.com/

Ive read pickens plan, and it could work if it didnt try to have so much on Nat gas in ten years, i think a more realistic approach would be to have all local, state, and fed govt vehicles on CNG in ten years, with plans to phase it into the general poulation after.
