Lamson Konic

In an earlier post I said I would give a review of the Lamson Konic reel and the Rio Trout II line I ordered from ezflyfish.  I got the Lamson 1.5 reel and had a 4 wt. Rio Selective Trout line.  I was using an 8ft Cabelas LST 3wt rod.  Last weekend I fished the SOHO Fri-Sun.  I caught a couple of fish where the drag on the reel became very useful.   Everything about the reel and line suited me just fine.  With Christmas coming up I can see a Lamson Konic 2.0 reel in my future.
