Flies for So. Holston in April?

I will be going to the So. Holston in early-mid April, and I'm looking to get started on flies.  What patterns and sizes would you recommend for this river at that time of the year?

well you might get into some sulphurs.. #18 comparaduns or black fly larva #18 ~ 20

pt's worked deep in the runs have always produced for me when no hatch is in sight...

think about emergers too!
ex - I'm not going to live with you through one more fishing season!
