Fire-Fly

I fished the smith all day with a friend from Wisconsin and he is a very good fisherman, so with that we fished all day and caught one bow about 8 inches on a 16 prince nymph. I saw a few fish rising and actually saw some insects on the water , they looked like caddis flies but i'm not sure, anyway i guess the fish are just going to be slow for the winter. Hope everyone else does better.

Woolly Bugger

we're going to give it a shot tomorrow... hope to do better than the last time I fished it....

When Jedi I were up there yesterday I saw mostly tiny BWO and a few Caddis flies. There were only a few fish rising. The day looked promising but we worked the water hard and only came up with 2 fish each. Jedi caught his on the surface and I was nymphing, both of mine were brown trout about 8" long, we fished the Special Regs Section.
