Recipe

Hook: Your favorite nymph hook
Thread: White flat waxed nylon and 8/0 black
Tail: 20 lb fly line backing colored with a black permanent marker
Underbody: Built up white flat waxed nylon thread colored with a black permanent marker
Abdomen: Liquid lace or Larva lace
Wing pads: Tyvec paper cut to shape and colored with a black permanent marker
Thorax: Black furry foam
Legs: 20 lb fly line backing
