bamboo repair/refinish

Does anybody know of a good resource for the repair and refinish of a bamboo fly rod? I just purchased a 9 foot two tip rod to repair/refinish as a weekend project.  It has all the hardware but one ferrule is loose and 3 guides are loose.    :-*HAve never done it before and need some guidance.
