Hard to believe the market value now! They've done a nice remodel. As they say; Location, Location, Location. Pretty sure my parents bought it for 5-6 thousand.

I was born/raise in NJ.
My family is still there.
Foods great - taxes suck.  I pay less a year in property taxes than they pay quarterly for incomparable lots sizes.

Sure, but they still have full service gas stations. And they have Pork Roll (aka Taylor Ham), and some really good hoagie joints. AND The Sopranos. 😁

I was born and raised in Philly, and we always called it Pork Roll, likely because that's what it said on the packaging. It's also sold  at Lowe's Foods in these parts.

I just bought some pork roll this weekend at Harris Teeter. We got a good bagel shop here.

Back to boats.. I'm going to the boat show this weekend, starting to get that itch.
