The price drops in house pricing around my area in the last 4-6 weeks is jaw dropping. People are getting hard up for cash.  Two homes near me that are decent shape sold for near 100 per sq. ft.

I might need to start a junk side hustle if peeps are unloading things for cheap.  Still there.

The're printing up another $200 billion to shore up mortgage bonds, so I think it's safe to say we'll be seeing more of this.  The ones that sold at $100/ft² are gonna be looking savvy

Not 100% sure. Think it was before they had model names.

Was a pre-COVID marketplace find. $1200; no motor.

Bought a used 2-smoke outboard—prob spent more money getting that thing tuned up.

Got me on the cicadas when they came to Philpott. Almost ran outta gas w Dougfish.  Recently helped bag a musky. Paid for itself right there.
