Beginnings

The first week of May my mind shifts from "looking for Bass" to "expecting to catch Bass".  While I always fish early Spring, it seems May is when I get serious about the pursuit of Bass.  From now til around Thanksgiving I will expect to make somewhere between 30-40 trips fishing warmwater.  Admittedly some of these will be 1 hour trips after work, but still a minor obsession.  So, I landed 9 on the New River this past Saturday on a 5 hour wading trip and a couple of them got their picture taken.  I also included 2 pics from earlier Spring trips.
