Morning Quick Fix

I've had a couple trips get cancelled this spring and decided to just get out this past weekend for a little bit.  Water levels were good.  Bug activity was good.  Fish just weren't rising.  Think I had 3 out of a couple dozen fish take the dry.  Dropper saw most of the action.


Small tree was blocking the fire road up.  Jeep Axe came in handy.







Flower action was minimal.  Mainly just Solomen's Seal, False Solomen's Seal and Hydrangeas.










But I'll take it.  Hopefully the water levels stay nice and plumpy into June.

Good looking fish. I hit a small NC stream yesterday afternoon and water is down for spring. It was raining when I left so hopefully water came up a little.
