Say what you will about Orvis stuff -- I will give them a shout out here. Bought a 10 ft 3 wt Clearwater rod back in June 2021. Decided I suck at Euro and would rather nymph with my 9 ft 5 weight, so sell the Euro rod. Called Orvis, talked to customer service, told em I had fished the rod 3 times but spotless. Dang if they'll give me a full refund minus $6.79 shipping fee. Sent me the shipping label to print.
As far as I'm concerned, that's pretty good service.

I've always had good experiences with Orvis, online and in store.  They're always super helpful, and actually have pretty good sales regularly.
