He was great in the roles he played. Probably an Oscar performance for Morrison, but over looked.

Cool that Cruise said he would not make Top Gun - Maverick without him. As said in piece, great send off for him.

When fishing, a person ought to carry a flask of whisky in case of snakebite. Furthermore, he ought to also carry along a small snake.

Herb Greene, whose photos captured the San Francisco scene, dies at 82
He shaped the public image of 1960s rock groups including Jefferson Airplane and the Grateful Dead, and photographed musicians such as Janis Joplin and Jeff Beck.

Mr. Greene, who died March 3 at 82, photographed many of the era's biggest musicians, taking sensitive portraits of Carlos Santana, Herbie Hancock, Jeff Beck, Rod Stewart and Taj Mahal. His pictures were published in Rolling Stone, Life and Newsweek; collected in photo books, including his Grateful Dead volumes "Book of the Dead" and "Dead Days"; and showcased at museums in Boston and San Francisco.
