Sunday (22nd) I was a able to get out for a day in Stone Mountain SP.  water was high but not too bad, it was still wadable.  I was trying my new el cheapo Maxcatch FarGlory 4 in 1 nymphing rod.  I have been becoming interested in the Euro Nymphing technique lately and figured I would pick up a rod.  At $84 buck what did I have to loose.

Nice.

My regular fishing buddy is big time into euro style.

He was trying it Saturday in super high water and landed a 15" rainbow.

I was casting streamers and landed seven 12-14" browns.  Some days, the river needs meat.

For $84, I may have gotten bitten by the euro bug too.

Glad you got wet.

Also camped there this past weekend and was able to fish on Saturday after the rains

I spent many days fishing there with the kids but haven't been back in quite a while.  <-;:
