Was going to find some Amerjack but the forecast changed from 2ft seas to 3-4s, a little to sporty for me. So tossed around hitting some local warm water, but we had heavy storms Sat night and I was sure they woild.be blown up. Tossed around going to the Soho with Wooly and decided 3.5 hrs and 40 donkey for a license didn't sound like fun. So I headed to reliable Pune trickle for the first time this year.

Upon arrival at 11am the parking area was full except one half ass spot I was able to cram in. I was a bit worried that I would be fishing behind someone, so I hopped in lower than I normally do. First fish was a brookie. I usually don't find them this low.

Fished 4 hours up to the spot I normally stop. And it was non stop bookies and bows to that point. Did see a spin fisherman walking out as I was fishing. If I was fishing behind him, he must have not caught a thing.

Left there to hit another usual suspect...

I'd say you made the best choice going for the brookies. Good looking fishes.
