well i got an invite out to boulder this february for a wedding, and all i have been thinking about is going fishing as i have never made it out west before and this would be a great opportunity.  Before i try and start digging around to much to find some rivers to fish and possibly extend my trip out there, is it even worth it? From what ive found so far it looks like everything relativly close would be frozen over that time of year, correct? Not looking for secret spots, just some general info on conditions that time of year.

Doesn't look like the ideal time to hit Colorado, but article may or may not help.
