water coming out of the damn is near freezing.  cricks coming into the river are warmer.  power plant pumps warm water into the river too.

I've been up to the same stuff lately. I havn't had time to drive to the mountains. More scouting for hunting season, with dog and fly rod in tow. Nothing too crazy, just panfish when I get a chance. But it's good to catch a fish. On a side note, I have no point of reference for what a "Big" rock bass is, but this guy seems to fit that description.
