This is a version of a zebra midge tied with a wing on the thorax, and some tail fibers.

Hook: Tiemco 2457 size 18
Body: Black thread 8/0
Rib:    Silver ultra wire
Thorax: Peacock herl
Wing: White Hackle tip
Tail:    White hackle fibers
Bead: 5/64 gold
